Christa lives in beautiful Calgary, AB. Born in Innisfail, AB and having moved to Calgary in 1976, she is a long-time resident and has seen the boom (and bust) of our great city (and province), and more than once.
Where did the love of Real Estate start.. first by always re-arranging the living room furniture while her mom & dad were at work, then by building her first home in 1994, she was immediately hooked! With a continued, hands-on interest in the real estate industry (building/owning/selling several properties in New Home construction and resale condos/single-family/recreational) and 30yrs experience in corporate Credit & Collections, it was a natural fit to connect people who have something to sell with people who want to purchase something.. some liken to call her a Real Estate Matchmaker!
Christa earned her Real Estate license in 2007 and her CCS (Certified Condo Specialist) designation in Feb 2019, along with her CCP (Certified Credit Professional) designation from the Credit Institute of Canada in 2007. In 2020, she obtained her Home Staging Certification and now adds Advanced Feng Shui and the coveted SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation to her toolbox.
When not 'working', Christa can be found investing in JV Land Development in Ontario, Canada, baking up something yummy, spending time with her two adorable grandsons, or traveling and exploring somewhere new. She also continues to learn; currently considering the Professional Organization Certification. Her motto: Never stop learning.. or smiling :) She is livin' in the dream.. and she could help you live in yours, too!
